KBY Yahrzeit Plaques

We are pleased to inform everyone that a new yahrzeit board has been installed in the downstairs men’s section of the new shul and we are offering all members the opportunity to purchase yahrzeit plaques.  The cost to dedicate a plaque is $360 which includes the cost of fabricating and installing the plaque.  If you are interested in taking advantage of this opportunity to memorialize a beloved family member please send an e-mail to memorialplaques@kbyshul.org.

We request members download the form by clicking here, then fill out the form, place the completed form(s) in an envelope with a check for $360 per plaque.  The form should be placed in the KBY mailbox.
